  I've lived here for a year. I've been fortunate to have two great roommates. I love the amenities of the pool, proximity to my job, and clubhouse. The staff is very friendly. They put a lot of energy in the community projects each month. I just hope that Corvias doesn't continue to do a 5% a month rent increase every year. If this is the case, it will be better to live off base. I preferred to have a one bedroom but when comparing prices I could rent a house for the same amount. Nonetheless, this is great for single people transitioning or payign off debt if they have a roommate.
