  The civilians who work there do their job. If you are under 5 feet tall, weigh 100lbs and don't do pt or any physical activity ever then the portion sizes might suit you. If you don't fit that criteria then you're going to think the cook is pulling a prank on you with the laughable portion sizes. Don't count on drinking anything other than water too.
